Q: Is Quartz more expensive than Granite?
A: Not necessarily. It all depends on the brand, color, and style. Normally, Quartz comes in smaller slabs than Granite so you get less for your money, but there are some Quartz jumbo slabs, which can be bigger than Granite Slabs. It just depends.
Q: Is Marble a good choice for my kitchen?
A: Marble is a beautiful natural stone but not recommended for an area in your home as transited as your kitchen. Marble stains and scratches easily, so it's considered high maintenance. Quartz would be a good alternative as they have colors mimicking the Marble look.
Q: Can you leather my Quartz countertops?
A: Unfortunately, if the Quartz slab doesn't already come in leathered or honed, we cannot do it ourselves. This will void your warranty which isn't ideal. Most Quartz brands offer glossy, matte, honed, textured, sandblasted, and embossed finishes.
Q: Could I use the same Quartz or Granite for my backsplash and flooring?
A: Yes! They both add a clean, streamlined look to your backsplash. Using slabs will allow for fewer seams than traditional tile flooring/backsplash.
